As the Operations Manager for Workshop Repair at GXO ServiceTech in Dordrecht, you will lead a cutting-edge repair facility where televisions, household appliances, and audio equipment from top brands are serviced. Your role encompasses managing daily operations from device receipt to diagnosis, repair, and customer shipment, ensuring processes are organized and KPIs are met. You will lead a team of 3 direct employees and oversee 150-160 indirectly, fostering a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will take a hands-on approach to manage the entire repair process, ensuring adherence to SLAs, customer KPIs, and output targets while addressing bottlenecks as they arise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coaching team leads while promoting a sense of ownership.
• Utilizing KPI-driven performance management to analyze data and adjust processes.
• Optimizing workflows through Lean/5S methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serving as the operational point of contact for internal departments and external customers.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all guidelines.

Requirements

• Ideally, 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in a service, repair, or technical environment preferred, or in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Full-time availability (38 hours) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Proven experience managing supervisors or team leads and working with KPIs.
• Strong leadership, people management skills, and a structured, results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and intermediate English, both verbal and written.
