Redeemer International Church Delft is looking for an Operations Manager (0.6–0.8 FTE) to ensure the smooth functioning of church operations. You will oversee teams, administration, systems, building management, and operational communication, enabling staff, leaders, and volunteers to concentrate on ministry and community. The Eldership Team provides the church's vision and direction, and your role will be to translate that vision into actionable strategies by developing and enhancing the systems, processes, communication, and operational structures necessary for the church's growth. This position is not solely administrative; we seek someone passionate about building systems, refining processes, and facilitating effective operations in a growing organization. While the role encompasses various responsibilities, you need not excel in every area mentioned.
