We are hiring an Operations & Logistics Manager to manage the operational backbone of a distributed company. This position involves vendor management, employee logistics, event planning, and the essential operational details that keep the company running efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery, coordinating employee equipment and shipping logistics, and planning team offsites and events from start to finish. Additionally, you will manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting while maintaining operational policies and standard processes. You will also support cross-functional projects that require operational ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure service delivery
• Coordinate employee equipment, shipping, and remote office logistics
• Plan and execute team offsites, summits, and events end-to-end
• Manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting
• Maintain operational policies, runbooks, and standard processes
• Support cross-functional projects requiring operational ownership

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, office management, or logistics
• Strong experience in vendor management and budget ownership
• Proficiency with operational tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, expense management)
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with logistics, shipping, and event planning
• A tendency to document processes and implement improvements
