Part-time (2-3 days) position in Eindhoven with a salary ranging from €1,400 to €2,100 per month. Buildings waste enormous amounts of energy every day, and we aim to change that. We are Integer, an impact-driven start-up transforming the management and optimization of energy systems in buildings. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the company and a driving force behind the team as we continue to grow.

The Role

As Operations Coordinator at Integer, you will:

• Work directly with the management team and take responsibility for administrative and operational processes across the company.
• Support and manage (publicly) funded projects and grants.
• Assist in marketing initiatives that help enhance our brand and reach.
• Create and maintain a clear overview of all recurring business processes, deadlines, and responsibilities (a "process and deadline tracker").

Requirements

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
• Comfort in working independently and taking responsibility for processes.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Nice to Have

• Experience in administrative or operational roles in a start-up, scale-up, or project-based environment.
• Knowledge of government grants, support measures, or publicly funded projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
