Met 95 stijlvolle kamers en een unieke kapel voor evenementen, biedt ons hotel een bijzondere ervaring. Als Ontbijtkok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en presentatie van ons ontbijt. Je zorgt ervoor dat gasten elke ochtend kunnen genieten van een vers en smaakvol ontbijt. Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en presentatie van alle producten. Jouw aandacht voor detail en gastgerichte instelling dragen bij aan de totale ervaring van onze gasten.
De Functie
- Voorbereiden, bereiden en presenteren van ontbijtgerechten volgens recepturen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Verzorgen en aanvullen van het ontbijtbuffet.
- Bewaken van de kwaliteit en versheid van alle producten.
- Uitvoeren van mise-en-place werkzaamheden voor ontbijt- en lunchservice.
- Zorgdragen voor een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving volgens HACCP-richtlijnen.
- Controleren van voorraden en tijdig signaleren van bestelbehoeften.
- Actief bijdragen aan een gastgerichte ontbijtervaring.
- Samenwerken met collega's om de verwachtingen van gasten te overtreffen.
- Meedenken over verbeteringen en nieuwe ontbijtgerechten.
