Als onderwijsassistent ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen en buiten het klaslokaal. Je ondersteunt leraren en leerlingen door het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van lessen en activiteiten, zowel in kleine groepen als één-op-één. Je biedt zorg en aandacht waar nodig, zodat elke leerling zich veilig en zelfverzekerd voelt en optimaal kan groeien.
Jouw Werkzaamheden
- Samen met de leerkracht zorg je voor inspirerende lessen en activiteiten die aansluiten bij de leerbehoeften van de leerlingen.
- Je geeft persoonlijke aandacht aan kleine groepen of individuele leerlingen.
- Je biedt extra zorg en ondersteuning om een veilige leeromgeving te creëren.
