We are opening a position for an Onboarding Management Associate to help with the onboarding of new clients. In this role, you’ll play an important part in assisting with the onboarding of new partners, ensuring their smooth integration and understanding of customer touchpoints. If you have great organizational skills and excel in time management, this is a great opportunity for you! You will be working closely with Katarina, the Onboarding Manager, as well as the commercial and product teams.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Assisting in overseeing the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring effective integration.
- Helping Katarina prepare progress reports, ensuring data accuracy and reflecting partner and project status.
- Supporting various aspects of partner campaigns, including setup, deployment, and reporting.
- Organizing and managing timelines to support company goals and ensure project success.
- Preparing professional-quality documents and communications.
- Thinking critically when planning to ensure project success and supporting side projects benefiting partnership initiatives.
Vereisten
- Knowledge and/or background in project management, sales, or business is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present data.
- Experience with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and design is preferred.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humor.
