About the Company

OrderYOYO helps takeaways and restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalized branded mobile apps, websites, and marketing strategies. Our mission is to ensure that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to high commissions, allowing them to take ownership of their success.

The Role

In this role, you will focus on onboarding restaurants and ensuring customer success. You will analyze data from our restaurant partners and actively reach out to them after the 60-day mark to secure commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurants to ensure customer success.
• Analyze existing restaurant partner account data to identify optimization points, such as offers and meal deals, and highlight popular items at the top of the menus.
• Maintain quality customer service and suggest areas for improvement to restaurant partners.
• Implement ideas and suggestions for restaurant partners.
• Manage the activation process for restaurant partners from sign-up to going live.
• Create restaurant profiles, including digitizing menus and updating apps, requiring attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Track and support restaurants within the first 60 days to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Use your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to educate restaurants across the Netherlands.
