Als omgevingsarchitect regels en ruimte ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het Omgevingsplan. Je waarborgt de juridische correctheid en samenhang van de planregels en vertaalt huidige regelgeving naar nieuwe regels in lijn met de Omgevingswet.
In de rol van omgevingsarchitect regels en ruimte ga je aan de slag met het maken van het Omgevingsplan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridische correctheid en volledigheid van de planregels en bewaakt de samenhang. Je zet de huidige regelgeving om en schrijft nieuwe regels die passen binnen het gedachtegoed van de Omgevingswet. Deze verwerk je, inclusief annotaties, in plansoftware. Je stemt met de geo-specialist af dat geo-informatie aan de regels gekoppeld wordt. Daarnaast maak je de juridische regels toepasbaar en verwerkt ze in het softwarepakket.
