Can you keep offshore operations running by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time?

Wagenborg is looking for an Offshore Crew Manager. In this dynamic role, you play a key part in ensuring the continuity of offshore operations by planning, coordinating, and supporting offshore personnel for a dedicated group of clients and projects. Acting as the link between offshore professionals, clients, and colleagues, you ensure crew changes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international regulations.

De Rol

You will work in an international environment, coordinating crew schedules, client requests, and offshore operations worldwide. As you will be in daily contact with offshore personnel, clients, and business partners from around the world, English is the primary working language.

Verantwoordelijkheden

As an Offshore Crew Manager, you will be responsible for your own dedicated pool of offshore personnel. You play a key role in ensuring that offshore operations run smoothly by matching the right people to the right projects at the right time. Working closely with clients, offshore professionals, and colleagues, you coordinate all aspects of crew planning and support. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing short- and long-term crew planning.
• Coordinating crew changes for offshore projects and vessels.
• Arranging travel, flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
• Verifying certificates, medical examinations, visas, and other required documentation.
• Supporting offshore personnel with operational and personnel-related matters.
• Maintaining close contact with clients, offshore personnel, and international partners.
• Visiting vessels or offshore projects when required.
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation outside office hours.

Vereisten

We are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in business, logistics, maritime studies, or a related field.
• Experience in an operational planning role, preferably within the offshore, maritime, or another international environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, combined with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and practical mindset, with the ability to find solutions and keep a clear overview in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and offshore personnel.
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driving licence.
