• Lead the development and implementation of nursing/midwifery strategies, policies, and frameworks to support excellence in clinical practice and workforce development.
• Provide expert advice on contemporary nursing/midwifery issues and lead change initiatives.
• Deliver strategic project management for complex or statewide programs, including evaluation and risk mitigation.
• Champion a culture of innovation, learning, and patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams.

• At least 5 years of post-registration experience and proven leadership in nursing or midwifery at a senior level.
• Ability to lead complex projects and strategic change across health systems.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of clinical governance, workforce development, and healthcare policy.

• Salary: RN/RM5.2 $167,282 p.a.
• Temporary Full Time position until 18 December 2026.
• Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
