The Role

Agroskills is looking for enthusiastic NT2 teachers and/or English teachers who enjoy working with international groups for various language training sessions throughout the Netherlands. We provide practical training in sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, technology, and horticulture.

What makes us different is our focus on practical teaching. No dry theory, but lessons that participants can directly apply in the workplace and in daily communication.

As a teacher, you will conduct lessons on-site at companies for international employees. The groups may consist of Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or other international participants. The focus is on speaking, understanding, and building confidence in practical situations.

Responsibilities

• Teach Dutch and/or English to international employees
• Provide practical lessons focused on the workplace and daily situations
• Guide and motivate participants during training
• Teach on-site at companies
• Work with small groups in an informal atmosphere

Requirements

• Experience teaching NT2 and/or English is a plus
• Clear communication and ability to work independently
• Enjoy working with international groups
• Flexible availability
• Speaking an additional language such as Polish, Romanian, Turkish, or Bulgarian is an advantage
