Als NPI Engineer Castings ben je de technische regisseur voor het succesvol introduceren van nieuwe aluminium gietproducten voor onze klanten. Je begeleidt het proces vanaf de eerste klantvraag en calculatie tot de vrijgave voor serieproductie. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, leveranciers en collega's van Engineering, Quality en Productie om ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe producten optimaal maakbaar zijn.
Wat ga je doen?
- Begeleiden van nieuwe gietproducten van aanvraag tot serieproductie.
- Beoordelen van ontwerpen op maakbaarheid, kwaliteit en kostprijs.
- Opstellen van calculaties en aanvragen van offertes voor tooling en externe bewerkingen.
- Coördineren van prototypes, proefseries en productvrijgaven.
- Ontwikkelen en borgen van productieprocessen, werkinstructies en productdocumentatie.
- Analyseren van technische vraagstukken en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten.
- Samenwerken met Quality bij FMEA's, validaties en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
- Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne stakeholders.
