As a Night Receptionist at Soho House Amsterdam, you will be essential in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for our members and hotel guests during the night. Your responsibilities will include checking members into the House and hotel guests into their rooms, while confidently managing overnight inquiries and situations as they arise.

In this position, you will handle payments, balance cash at the end of your shift, and serve as a calm and professional point of contact in a fast-paced environment. With your natural hospitality, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills, you will help create a reassuring and seamless experience throughout the night.

As part of the Soho House team, your focus will always be on providing exceptional service—connecting with guests, solving problems efficiently, and making a real impact, even during quieter hours.

Wat we zoeken

• Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
• Comfortable multitasking, answering high-volume phone lines, and handling inquiries professionally
• Quick learner, or experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and/or Opera
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Detail-oriented, articulate, and able to work calmly under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
