As a Night Front Office Host(ess), you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the main point of contact throughout the night, ensuring smooth Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports.
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately.
• Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic numerical and administrative skills.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to Have

• Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS).
• Experience handling cash, billing, and reconciliation procedures.
• Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage.

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO Scale V, with a monthly salary starting from €2,505.04 gross per month, based on a full-time employment contract and depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable night shift allowances.
