Wat je meebrengt

• 5+ years in B2B IT solution sales with a strong new logo track record. Multi-solution sales experience is a plus.
• Pipeline management, accurate forecasting, value-based selling, deal structuring, and opportunity hunting.
• Proactive, strategic, opportunity-focused, and a strong communicator. You thrive on learning and growth.
• Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree; IAM/security certifications a plus. EU driver’s license.
• Availability: 32–40h/week, flexible hours.

As a part of the IAM practice group Sales team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues in the Benelux, DACH, and Nordics regions. We have weekly standups to share wins, challenges, and progress on projects. Everyone has weekly 1:1s with the Head of Sales to discuss how they are doing, progress, challenges, and any topics they need help with. As a team, we take a leading role in expanding the organization’s IAM market position through expertise, customer focus, and strong commercial execution. We are trusted advisors for customers in the field of Identity & Access Management, translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable solutions. We aim to enhance collaboration with technology and channel partners to increase joint opportunities. We find it important to demonstrate thought leadership through customer presentations, webinars, or whitepapers on IAM trends such as zero trust, identity governance, and AI-driven security. We build and maintain a strategic customer portfolio with strong NPS and consistent year-over-year growth.
