Hendriks Eigentijds Thuis has been running 18 flower shops in South Limburg for nearly 50 years. Originally started as a discounter, we have gradually added more ambiance and experience while maintaining friendly prices. We believe that fresh flowers, bouquets, plants, and stylish home decor can quickly give a home a contemporary feel. With our high-quality and diverse assortment, you can transform your house into an Eigentijds Thuis! Our mission? To make over 15,000 customers happy with our products each week – affordable for every budget. Our headquarters and distribution center have been located in Kerkrade for several years, and we are seeking additional mystery shoppers.
Do you love shopping and have an eye for detail? Are you interested in providing feedback on customer experience?
As a mystery shopper, you will pose as a customer and report your findings (via digital questionnaires) to our company to help improve the service level and sales orientation of our staff.
This is a flexible position on an as-needed basis and can also be done as a freelancer (ZZP’er).
A mystery shopper is critical, analytical, customer-oriented, objective, has commercial insight, and is motivated by observing product presentations, orderliness, and sales staff.
Minimum MBO work and thinking level, with good communication skills.
Work area: South Limburg.

In 1979 Hendriks Bloemen established her first flower shop in a suburb of Maastricht, focused on the rapid sale of fresh flowers and plants. Because of its direct lines with growers and auctions, coupled with a low cost pattern, could be worked at very competitive prices. Were we in the early years almost exclusively focused on trade in raw flowers and plants, we now offer a much more complete package, and that the sale of traditional bouquets (both classic and modern) an important activity. Also plant arrangements have become an important place occupied in our stores. From 1986 (when we already had 5 stores and our central warehouse was located in Maastricht), we are also engage in wholesale: by delivering to fellow florists and supermarkets. Logistics and administrative activity that is now fully merged with the processing and distribution process tbv own stores. Already from the early years we were very active in decorations: these products were grateful for us a means to keep our customers continually surprise. Our desire to take the best price to realize led us in '98 to manufacturers in Southeast Asia. The direct import to hit huge, since our prices are well below the level of most providers. Hendriks Bloemen Geleen BV and Hendriks Deco now provides employment to over 120 enthusiastic - mostly young - people, mostly part-time work, we operate 16 accessible florists.
