We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to assist borrowers and finalize residential mortgage loans. This role blends consultative selling with mortgage product knowledge, guiding applications from pre-qualification to closing.

The Role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will:

• Generate leads via realtor referrals, inbound inquiries, and proactive outreach.
• Pre-qualify borrowers and suggest suitable loan products.
• Gather documentation and submit applications for underwriting.
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers, realtors, and processors throughout the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, and other lending regulations.
• Manage your pipeline to achieve monthly funding goals.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in originating residential mortgage loans.
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan products.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) such as Encompass or BytePro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet monthly origination targets.
