Als Monteur bij Niestern Sander ben je betrokken bij de reparatie en het onderhoud van verschillende schepen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden op de werf vakkundig, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je voert reparaties en montagewerkzaamheden uit aan diverse onderdelen van het schip, van motoren en leidingsystemen tot constructiedelen.
Je zorgt ervoor dat je werk op tijd en netjes wordt afgerond. Aangezien geen enkel schip en geen enkele reparatie hetzelfde is, denk je actief mee over oplossingen bij onverwachte situaties. Je bespreekt deze met de voorman en je collega’s, zodat het werk altijd veilig en efficiënt doorgaat. Daarnaast controleer je je eigen werk zorgvuldig en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen gebeurt.
