The Role

You will travel throughout Rotterdam to meet customers at their locations, perform diagnostics and repairs using Cowboy's tools, and ensure a friendly and efficient service experience. As the face of Cowboy in the city, you will follow up with riders to ensure they are back on the road.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Rotterdam to meet customers at their locations
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
• Use Cowboy's diagnostics tools to identify issues
• Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience
• Represent Cowboy as the brand ambassador in the city
• Follow up as needed to ensure the rider is back on the road

Requirements

• Reside in or near Rotterdam
• Enjoy hands-on work and solving technical problems
• Customer-oriented, communicative, and reliable
• Passion for bikes, e-mobility, or technology is a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently and on the move
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Freelance/self-employed status
• Languages: Dutch + English
