The Role
As the Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you will own and shape GK's Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Copilot, Entra ID, and more). Your responsibilities will include defining the roadmap, setting standards, and continuously improving how the company works.
Responsibilities
- Own and shape the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, defining the roadmap and improving company operations.
- Design and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and naming conventions to scale the environment without technical or compliance debt.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot by identifying high-value use cases and demonstrating productivity gains.
- Establish data classification, information protection, and compliance across the tenant using Microsoft Purview.
- Manage Teams and the wider collaboration stack, including integrations, permissions, and meeting recordings.
- Lead user-centric change management, plan rollouts, design adoption strategies, and measure uptake.
- Proactively identify where Microsoft 365 can create business value and build a case with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in a Product Owner, consulting, or lead role.
- Deep technical skills in Teams, Copilot, Purview, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience in building governance structures in complex environments.
- Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Strong communication skills and business maturity, fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely.
