We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to take charge of the configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 environment. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining user productivity and data security while ensuring the platform aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage identity, access, and conditional access policies in Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain compliance, retention, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Configure email security, anti-phishing, and threat protection settings.
• Support migrations, integrations, and platform upgrades.
• Document procedures and provide user training and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in mid-to-large environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Intune, Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and change management skills.
