Als Metaallijm Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren van lichtgewicht vliegtuigonderdelen die voldoen aan de hoge eisen van de luchtvaart.
Over de functie
In deze rol werk je met verschillende lagen metaal en speciale lijmfilms om hoogwaardige vliegtuigonderdelen te creëren. Je volgt nauwkeurige werkinstructies en technische specificaties om ervoor te zorgen dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan de strenge kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen van de luchtvaartindustrie. Je begint de dag met een teamoverleg over de planning en prioriteiten, waarna je aan de slag gaat met de productie. De samengestelde onderdelen worden vacuüm verpakt en in een autoclaaf uitgehard. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en documenteert inspectieresultaten voordat de onderdelen naar de volgende productiestap gaan.
