It's an exciting time to be part of O’Neill as we embrace change. As a Merchandise Planning & Allocation Intern, you will play a vital role in analyzing sales and stock for our retail shops, E-shop, and wholesale partners.

The Role

You will be involved in various tasks that contribute to our merchandise planning and allocation efforts:

• Analyzing and presenting sales reports in weekly meetings.
• Utilizing different analytical methods on sales data segmented by gender, product, or color.
• Evaluating financial results for stores, E-Shop, and consignments.
• Developing turnover plans for product groups or target demographics for upcoming seasons.
• Creating new formats for opening stores or pop-up locations.
• Actively managing and estimating stock levels.
• Preparing product allocations for stores.
• Forecasting for future seasons.
• Analyzing O’Neill's online presence across partner websites.
• Suggesting and executing store-to-store transfers based on stock analyses.
• Working on a personal project to enhance company performance.
• Maintaining close contact with O’Neill stores, with opportunities for site visits during the internship.

Requirements

• Background in Business, Finance, or Management.
• Passion for retail, fashion, sports, and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
