As a Meeting & Events Server at The Social Hub, you play a crucial role in ensuring events run smoothly and guests feel welcomed. Your responsibilities include setting up event spaces, guiding guests, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

De Rol

In this role, you will:

• Set up meeting and event spaces according to event plans.
• Welcome groups and guide them confidently through the event.
• Serve food, drinks, and coffee-break items with a friendly demeanor.
• Communicate with colleagues to ensure timing and flow are maintained.
• Keep spaces clean, organized, and ready for the next session.
• Respond quickly to special requests or last-minute changes.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, resets, and end-of-day tasks.

Vereisten

• Experience in hospitality or a strong interest in event support.
• Clear communication skills with guests, organizers, and colleagues.
• Ability to enjoy structured tasks and active service.
• Adaptability to changing schedules and group needs.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Attentiveness, organization, and calmness under pressure.
• Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
