Oncology MSL is a key field-based position that serves as the bridge between GSK and the healthcare community. This non-promotional role is dedicated to enhancing clinical practices within a designated territory to improve patient outcomes. The MSL utilizes extensive clinical and oncology therapeutic knowledge to engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and account personnel, aligning with GSK's medical strategies and objectives.

• Utilizing scientific expertise and market knowledge to identify and engage HCPs, including academic and community professionals, who may require educational support and can provide insights to inform medical strategies.
• Engaging with HCPs regarding emerging data, clinical trials, medical unmet needs, and patient access barriers, while educating them on disease states and product information.
• Contributing to medical strategy by collecting and sharing medical insights throughout the product lifecycle and understanding their potential impact.
• Demonstrating strategic territory planning and management while identifying, mapping, and planning scientific engagements with key accounts in alignment with medical strategy.
• Supporting clinical trials by facilitating relevant medical activities and collaborating with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations teams.
• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, marketing, commercial, sales) to ensure a customer-centric approach that adheres to GSK Standard Operating Procedures.
• Understanding and addressing the unique medical needs of accounts, including educational requirements and pathways.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and GSK medicines to act as a medical resource for both customers and internal colleagues.
• Adhering to GSK’s Code of Conduct, policies, and relevant working documents, ensuring compliance in all activities.
• Executing all administrative responsibilities, training, and documentation requirements promptly.
• Participating in Field Medical and cross-enterprise projects that support medical strategies and tactics.
