We're collaborating with a prominent foundational AI lab to recruit skilled medical affairs directors to assist in training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We seek candidates with over 5 years of experience in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs to create, assess, and refine AI-generated materials across essential workflows, including clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
