Een veelzijdige functie waarin elke dag anders is! Als Medewerker Plantopkweek werk je op een van onze locaties in De Lier, waar je aan de slag gaat om groentezaden te laten uitgroeien tot gezonde planten. Samen werken we aan de groente van morgen!
Jouw baan bij Rijk Zwaan
Als medewerker plantopkweek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verzorging van de planten van vruchtgewassen in een moderne kwekerij. Je voert elke dag verschillende werkzaamheden uit om uiteindelijk de opgekweekte planten over te kunnen dragen aan andere afdelingen. Van het zaaien van de zaden, het uitzetten van de planten tot het verzendklaar maken van de planten. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met verbeterprocessen en denk je actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen in het:
- Scheiden van diverse partijen planten
- Voorbereiden van een nieuw opkweekseizoen
- Naleven van strenge hygiënemaatregelen om ziekten en plagen te voorkomen
