Als Medewerker IT Support bij ons KlantContactCentrum ben je het visitekaartje van IVO Rechtspraak. Je handelt telefoontjes, e-mails, chats en servicedeskmeldingen van klanten zo veel mogelijk zelf af. Daarbij zoek je informatie in ons kennissysteem en help je dit systeem up-to-date te houden.
De Rol
Is een vraag te ingewikkeld? Dan zet je die door naar de tweede lijn. Je werkt samen met 35 enthousiaste collega's die net zo gedreven zijn om klanten te helpen. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, want soms werk je buiten kantooruren, zoals 's avonds of in het weekend.
