Als Medewerker BRP Inschrijvingen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het registreren van statushouders en asielzoekers die in aanmerking komen voor de eerste inschrijving in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP). Je werkt nauw samen met ketenpartners zoals de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) en de Vreemdelingenpolitie.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Voorbereiden, controleren en afhandelen van dossiers voor de eerste inschrijving in de BRP, inclusief het afnemen van een verklaring onder ede (VOE).
- Controleren van de juistheid en volledigheid van ingevoerde persoonsgegevens zoals naam, geboortedatum, geslacht en adresgegevens.
- Voeren van intakegesprekken met asielzoekers, meestal met behulp van een tolk.
- Aanleggen van persoonslijsten en uitreiken van het Burgerservicenummer (BSN).
- Zorgdragen voor het doorgeven van verhuizingen aan de woongemeente via verhuisformulieren na inschrijving.
- Afhandelen van BRP-mutaties.
