We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, demand, and pipeline. This position encompasses content, channel, and brand, transforming marketing strategies into effective campaigns that achieve measurable results.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your duties include managing content production, collaborating with sales to define the ideal customer profile (ICP), and aligning campaigns with pipeline goals. Additionally, you will track the marketing budget, manage vendor relationships, and report on return on investment (ROI). You will also oversee agencies, freelancers, and contractors as necessary, while monitoring campaign performance and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Oversee content production, including briefs, distribution, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with sales to establish the ICP and align campaigns with pipeline objectives.
• Manage marketing budget tracking, vendor partnerships, and ROI analysis.
• Supervise agencies, freelancers, and contractors as required.
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate results to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in B2B or B2C marketing, with experience in campaign management.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and GA4.
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on brand consistency.
• Experience managing budgets and accountability for performance.
• Familiarity with paid, organic, content, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
