We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution of campaigns, events, and daily marketing activities. This role serves as the link between strategy and implementation, ensuring that projects are completed effectively.

The Role

You will coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, manage the marketing calendar, project trackers, and vendor logistics. You will support content production, including briefs, reviews, and publishing, and help plan and run both virtual and in-person events. Additionally, you will maintain the hygiene of our CRM, marketing automation, and asset library, and pull weekly reports on campaign performance to provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, and Trello.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Proactive approach and willingness to manage detailed tasks.
