In de rol van Marketing Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en coördineren van alle aanvragen voor groentensamples. Je houdt overzicht over verschillende aanvragen tegelijk en zorgt ervoor dat groenten tijdig worden aangevraagd, verzameld en verzonden. Je hebt dagelijks contact met collega's, demobedrijven, leveranciers en distributeurs. Daarbij schakel je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Verder ga je aan de slag met:
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Het verwerken van aanvragen voor groentensamples voor onder andere beurzen, sponsoring, smaaktesten en klantbezoeken.
- Het aanvragen van groenten bij demobedrijven van Rijk Zwaan en externe leveranciers.
- Het organiseren en coördineren van nationale en internationale verzendingen.
- Het verzorgen van de wekelijkse bevoorrading van de demoruimte in samenwerking met de afdeling Catering.
- Het onderhouden van contacten met demobedrijven, leveranciers en distributeurs.
- Het verwerken van facturen en het verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratie.
