The Role

Epiphany is seeking a Market Research Consultant to help uncover consumer insights that hold strategic importance for some of the most demanding and prestigious brands globally. In this role, you will address client challenges through specific objectives and hypotheses, playing a crucial role in the setup, management, and deployment of global insights projects.

Responsibilities

• Transform marketing challenges into targeted research objectives and methodologies (e.g., concept testing, conjoint analysis, customer journeys, brand positioning).
• Develop questionnaires and moderation guides.
• Convert qualitative and quantitative data into actionable information and insights.
• Formulate research-based conclusions and recommendations that drive impact and focus on action.
• Engage with clients throughout the process from kickoff to deployment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in marketing, econometrics, psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience at an insights/research agency.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting insights.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Reside in The Netherlands and willing to work from our Amsterdam office four days a week (Work from Home Wednesdays).
