Unity Partners is exclusively looking for several Manufacturing Technicians for our partner in high-tech machine construction. Due to a significant increase in orders, our partner is expanding its production team. You will be part of an international high-tech environment where complex machines are assembled, integrated, and tested.

De Rol

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and construction of high-tech machines and modules. You will work from technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications, assembling mechanical and mechatronic components into complete modules and machines. Initially, the focus will be on assembly and machine construction, with opportunities to grow into integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Jouw Werkzaamheden:

• Mechanical and/or mechatronic assembly of machines and modules
• Building according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Installing and integrating components and subassemblies
• Quality control of your own work
• Testing and troubleshooting where relevant
• Collaborating closely with fellow technicians and engineers
• Contributing to an efficient and qualitative production process

Jouw Profiel

We are primarily looking for practical, hands-on technical experience. Experience in the semiconductor industry is not required.

• MBO-level technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in machine construction, assembly, mechatronics, or technical production
• Experience reading technical drawings and/or work instructions
• Hands-on mindset and interest in complex technical products
• Accurate and structured working style
• Team player with a collegial attitude

Experience with precision mechanics, mechatronics, machine integration, or testing is a plus, but not a requirement. Cleanroom experience is not necessary. Speaking Dutch is not required; all documentation and work instructions are in English, and the production team is international.

• Day shifts from 07:30 to 16:00, no shift work
• Option to work 4x9 hours
• Voluntary overtime with corresponding overtime pay
• €100 bonus for 8 overtime hours within one week
• Travel expense reimbursement up to 50 km one way
