• Conduct financial due diligence investigations and provide advisory services in collaboration with the TS team.
• Contribute to the development of new business pipelines and generate business opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders during the financial due diligence process.
• Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations impacting transactions.

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in financial due diligence as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• 4-6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to skill acquisition and task completion.
• Strong project and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge.
• A can-do attitude and a straightforward approach.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.
