Over het Team
Je wordt onderdeel van het GP-team in Amsterdam, waar teamwork, groei en impact centraal staan. We werken in een open en ondersteunende sfeer, met volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je eigen pad te kiezen. Je werkt op ons kantoor in Amsterdam, verdeeld over twee open verdiepingen met uitzicht op de Johan Cruijff ArenA en de Ziggo Dome. Een inspirerende plek waar je samenwerkt met collega's uit alle disciplines aan slimme oplossingen voor onze klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
- Zelfstandig beheren en uitbouwen van samenstelopdrachten voor MKB-klanten in de regio.
- Proactief adviseren van klanten over financiële en organisatorische vraagstukken.
- Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Stimuleren van vaktechnische ontwikkeling binnen onze praktijk.
- Signaleren van kansen voor procesverbetering en klantoptimalisatie.
