Our client, a rapidly expanding medical software scale-up, is looking for a specialist to lead and develop their market access and reimbursement strategy for an innovative CE-marked Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). In this role, you will be responsible for driving how this Class IIa solution is funded and adopted across the Netherlands, UK, and wider EU. You will work cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Product teams, gaining direct exposure to senior leadership.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and execute the market access and reimbursement strategy for an AI medical software, starting in the Netherlands and expanding across key EU markets.
• Develop and defend health economic evidence, including cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models aligned with HTA and payer expectations.
• Lead payer, HTA, and KOL engagement, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure sustainable reimbursement and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, reimbursement, or health economics within medical devices, digital health, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven expertise in the Dutch reimbursement system, ideally with experience in UK and/or broader EU environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
