Als manager klantenservice ben je samen met twee andere managers verantwoordelijk voor een afdeling van ongeveer 30 medewerkers, verdeeld over drie teams. Je werkt nauw samen aan de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.
De Rol
In deze functie ligt de nadruk sterk op de exportkant van de organisatie en onze deepsea-activiteiten, waarbij je ongeveer 12 fte aanstuurt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een uitstekende dienstverlening richting onze klanten en onderhoudt regelmatig contact met grote klanten om de samenwerking te verbeteren en duidelijke werkafspraken te maken.
