Twee teams, twee verschillende zorgopgaven en één gezamenlijke ontwikkeling naar hoogwaardige complexe dementiezorg. Als manager zorg geef je richting aan die beweging. Je brengt rust en duidelijkheid in de dagelijkse praktijk, verbindt afdeling Hofstaete Margriet en Intermezzo 4 en bouwt verder met medewerkers en behandelaren aan zorg die past bij mensen met zeer complexe dementie.
De Rol
Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 68 medewerkers (43 fte), waaronder vier senior verpleegkundigen die dagelijks de inhoud en kwaliteit van zorg aansturen. Samen bieden de teams zorg aan 39 cliënten. De opdracht is breed: zichtbaar leidinggeven, de teams dichter bij elkaar brengen, de bedrijfsvoering versterken en de verdere specialisatie van complexe dementiezorg mogelijk maken.
