De Rol

In this internship, you will be part of the Rooms Operations team, engaging in various responsibilities that enhance operational excellence across our hotels. Your role will involve:

Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels.
Monitoring and maintaining quality scores within Room Operations.
Facilitating communication between hotels and the head office.
Improving procedures and manuals.
Organizing meetings for Housekeeping.

You will also support audit activities, review housekeeping operations, and assist with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers, ensuring a smooth operational setup during hotel openings.

Vereisten

You are a student from a hotel management school seeking an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in August/September 2026.
You possess strong analytical skills and are an effective communicator, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
You are eager to embrace a dynamic international role where each day presents new challenges.
