Als Management- en Projectassistent maak je deel uit van het team managementassistenten binnen de veredelingsorganisatie in De Lier en Fijnaart. Je ondersteunt twee managers van de afdeling Breeding Process & Organisation en helpt hen overzicht te houden, prioriteiten te bewaken en werkzaamheden effectief te organiseren. Je werkt samen met collega's op zowel de locatie in De Lier als in Fijnaart. Gemiddeld werk je één dag per week in Fijnaart en de overige dagen in De Lier.
De rol:
- Beheren en coördineren van complexe agenda's en het bewaken van prioriteiten.
- Organiseren van overleggen, workshops en bijeenkomsten.
- Ondersteunen van communicatie rondom projecten en organisatieontwikkelingen.
- Bewaken van acties en ondersteunen van managers bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden.
- Ondersteunen van collega's bij het effectief gebruik van Teams, SharePoint en Copilot.
