Vacancy Summary

Grupo Paraguas, a leader in fine dining, is launching Metrópolis, a culinary destination in Madrid. We are seeking a Maitre to provide exceptional customer service and lead our team.

Funciones:

  • Welcome and seat guests alongside the Hostess team, being one of the first points of contact with customers.
  • Manage assigned sections, taking orders and advising customers while promoting suggestive sales.
  • Substitute for the Sommelier when they are unavailable or when the number of guests does not allow the Sommelier(s) to reach all tables.
  • Direct the waitstaff assigned to their sections.
  • Ensure the application of the Allergen Protocol in their assigned sections.
  • Handle and process the final bill for guests, ensuring the amount is correct in their sections.
  • Accompany, train, and develop waitstaff, exemplifying attitude, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
