In this role, you will support a highly automated distribution center for Stichd, part of the PUMA Group. Working as part of our resident maintenance team, you'll help keep critical automation systems performing at their best through both reactive and proactive maintenance. From troubleshooting technical issues to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, your work will directly impact system performance and customer satisfaction. Supporting the logistics operation behind a leading global sports and lifestyle brand, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, reliability, and performance matter. Responsibilities:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Resolve breakdown situations (corrective maintenance) with support on more technical elements.
- Ensure high levels of housekeeping and prioritize safety.
- Support the automation to operate at maximum efficiency.
- Complete necessary reports, including those for shift maintenance tasks, spare parts usage, and toploss, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms.
- Continually improve equipment performance through toploss activities and design modifications.
- Actively seek root causes when remedying breakdowns on TGW supplied equipment and software.
- Support flow control activities.
