As a Maintenance Team Lead in Breda, you will play a vital role in overseeing the maintenance team responsible for the labeling, assembly, storage, and shipping of medicines worldwide. Your leadership will help create a high-performing team culture where every member can thrive.

The Role

As a hands-on leader, you will supervise a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians during your shift. You will be actively present on the shop floor, providing guidance and support while fostering an environment that promotes growth and ownership. Collaboration with other maintenance Team Leads across shifts is essential to maintain alignment and continuity in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to independently handle breakdowns.
• Foster a safe, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
• Conduct shift handovers to ensure seamless transitions.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to address challenges.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed.

Requirements

• Technical background in maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics).
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring maintenance technicians.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on leading by example.
• Excellent communication skills and a coaching mindset.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; GMP experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift roster.
