As a Maintenance Engineer - Clean Utilities (WFI/WDI), you will support the Business System Owner (BSO) for clean water systems, managing the GMP water, BMS, and EMS asset package to ensure optimal reliability and quality. Your role is crucial for maintaining the production installations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering department for long-term investment plans and CAPEX reservations.
- Present investment plans during budget discussions, incorporating input from the BSO.
- Manage changes (MoC) during design, commissioning, and qualification phases, assessing impacts and feasibility.
- Support the BSO in ensuring installations meet reliability and quality requirements.
- Identify and execute necessary implementation activities in your area of expertise.
- Assist engineering projects and ensure operational readiness and GMP compliance of BMS and EMS systems.
- Ensure adherence to Regulatory and Johnson & Johnson requirements (GMP, EHS, FIN, Manufacturing Asset Management).
