For our location in Maasbracht, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator EMRA with specialization in DCS systems (e.g., Siemens T3000, ABB 800xA, PCS7) and Operational Technology (OT), network, and server systems. In this role, you combine classic EMRA maintenance with specialized knowledge of process automation and OT systems. You are the link between maintenance, operations, and IT/OT, actively contributing to the availability and reliability of our installations.

As a Maintenance Coordinator EMRA (OT/DCS), you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities within your installation area. At the same time, you play a key role in managing and optimizing various DCS systems and supporting network peripherals.

You work at the intersection of electrical engineering, control technology, and IT/OT informatics, ensuring that both hardware and software function optimally.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage maintenance activities within EMRA (planning, execution, and aftercare).
Ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution of work packages, revisions, and maintenance stops.
Analyze and resolve faults within the DCS system and associated hardware (VMs, Servers, NAS, PLCs, HMIs, I/O modules).
Execute and guide software modifications and optimizations within the DCS based on improvement initiatives and IT/OT Security.
Identify and resolve faults in industrial networks and communication connections (Ethernet, field buses, and OPC-UA).
Actively manage and monitor OT systems (including servers, VMs, networks, and industrial interfaces, switches, NAS, and firewalls).
Perform OT management activities such as patching, backups, antivirus, user & access management, and incident management, possibly together with overarching departments within RWE regarding IT/OT-Security and International fleet control.
Collaborate with IT/OT specialists, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding OT-security and compliance.
Direct contractors and monitor quality, safety, and progress.

Requirements:

MBO+ work and thinking level (in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Control Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or comparable).
Several years of experience in process automation or an industrial environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with DCS systems (preferably Siemens T3000).
Experience with PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7) and industrial networks.
Affinity with OT/IT systems (Windows, network components, cybersecurity).
Knowledge of maintenance processes and SAP PM/MM is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, precise and solution-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work methodically.
Good command of the Dutch language.
Willingness to participate in troubleshooting and on-call services.

What We Offer:

An attractive salary between €3,800 and €5,475 per month.
Allowance for on-call and troubleshooting services.
A year-end bonus of 4.5% and a performance-related bonus of 1% to 4.5% of the annual salary.
