As a Maintenance Admin Intern, you will assist the Engineering team with the administrative processes essential for the smooth operation of our hotel. This role provides valuable insights into the behind-the-scenes workings of a large hospitality environment while collaborating with experienced engineering professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and maintenance of technical documents.
- Assist with the administration of maintenance requests and work orders.
- Keep records, reports, and compliance documentation up to date.
- Help track inventory of technical supplies.
- Support invoice processing and ensure accurate recording of important information.
During your internship, you will enhance your organizational and administrative skills while gaining a deeper understanding of building operations and preventive maintenance. You will also learn about the crucial role the Engineering department plays in ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and ambassadors.
