The Role

As a Maintenance Admin Intern, you will assist the Engineering team with administrative processes that keep our hotel running smoothly. You will gain valuable insights into the behind-the-scenes operations of a large hospitality environment while collaborating closely with experienced engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining technical documents.
• Support the administration of maintenance requests and work orders.
• Help keep records, reports, and compliance documentation up to date.
• Assist with inventory tracking of technical supplies.
• Support invoice processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.

During your internship, you will enhance your organizational and administrative skills while understanding building operations, preventive maintenance, and the Engineering department's crucial role in providing a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and team members.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for administrative tasks.
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems, or a quick learner.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English (Dutch preferred).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about hotel operations.
• Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available for an internship period of 5 to 10 months.
