In your role as a Machine Operator Packaging, you will collaborate with the packaging department to set up and operate packaging machines. While colleagues focus on smaller tasks, you will handle larger productions with bigger machines, ensuring quality throughout the process. You will also quickly resolve minor technical issues. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

• Executing improvement projects and process enhancements

Based on your interests, there are various opportunities for further development, such as becoming an all-round operator, trainer, or technical operator.

Requirements

You work accurately and enjoy being actively engaged. You take pleasure in working with various machines and like to set them up correctly. You also thrive on collaborating with colleagues and enjoy brainstorming ways to improve processes daily. Additionally, we expect the following on your CV:

• MBO work and thinking level
• Proficient with a (hand) computer
• Proficiency in Dutch
• Reach truck certificate is a plus
